Introduction
Welcome to Pretty Twisted Cross Stitch. These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchasing subscription boxes from Pretty Twisted Cross Stitch (“Service”). By accessing or using our website and subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
Eligibility
This Site is for users who are 18 years of age or older. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, you warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with the Company and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of an entity, you further represent and warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms of Use on the entity’s behalf.
Subscription Services
Pretty Twisted Cross Stitch is a subscription service. By signing up, you agree it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription by logging into your account profile. The Company does not accept responsibility for canceling your account on your behalf. Cancellations must be completed before the next renewal date. Your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month.
By subscribing, you understand and agree that:
•Promotional codes used as a new customer at signup do not apply to renewal fees.
•You will be charged at the standard rate unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
•No refunds will be provided for auto-renewals if cancellation is not completed on time.
If you do not cancel your membership prior to your subscription renewal, your subscription will automatically renew for a new period of the same duration.
Cancellation Policy
•You may turn off auto-renewal at any time.
•If you have a longer subscription term with remaining boxes, you will still be charged for and receive those boxes. The subscription will then cancel upon completing the term.
•Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in a charge for that month, and you will receive the box.
Billing and Payment
•Payment Information: Provide accurate and complete payment details. By doing so, you authorize us to charge subscription fees to your payment method.
•Billing Cycle: Fees are billed at the start of the subscription period. Fee changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.
•Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Contact us at hello@prettytwistedcrossstitch.com for billing issues.
Shipping and Delivery
•Shipping: Prices exclude shipping fees unless stated otherwise. Products are shipped per the Site’s shipping terms.
•Loss of Goods: Royal Mail Tracked services handle delivery. Track your order using the tracking number provided.
Return/Refund Policy
•All sales are final. Returns are accepted only for defective products.
•Products must be unused and unopened for any return or refund consideration.

Correspondence
We may send emails and newsletters following your order or registration. You can opt out at any time.
Pricing/Errors
Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and issue refunds if applicable.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by Pretty Twisted Cross Stitch or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Indemnification
